Cost / Entry Fee
5km - $50 + Booking Fee
10km - $50 + Booking Fee
Half Marathon (21.1km) - $100 + Booking Fee
Marathon 42.2km - $100 + Booking Fee
Marathon Relay - $50 + Booking Fee per athlete, must have a team of 4 (each athlete must run a minimum of 10km)
Love Mercy Foundation
This year's QUICKSAND is partnering with the Love Mercy Foundation. All proceeds of this event go directly to them. Marathon - Competitors must be a minimum of 18 years old
Half Marathon - Competitors must be a minimum of 16 years old
10km - Competitors must be a minimum of 12 years old
5km - Competitors must be a minimum of 12 years old
Each Distance has a male and female category
Prizes are awarded to the 1st, 2nd and 3rd male and female finishers in each distance event, thanks to our sponsors.
Cash prizes of $500 are awarded to 1st placed male and female in the individual marathon and half marathon events.
Presentations will begin at 4:30pm for the 5km and 10km events and at 6:30pm for the half marathon and marathon.
Please ensure that you have trained sufficiently and are physically capable of completing the event within your current level of health and fitness. You must also ensure at all times during the event that you are performing well within your level of skill and ability for each of the disciplines. Please read our waiver terms and conditions here
